I was going to share with you today how great I have been doing with waking up at 5am and working out every morning because I don't feel like working out at night. But
Quick tip: if overtime is offered up at work you best take advantage of it. That means, I have been picking up a ton of overtime at work plus I am going to go to a beer festival this weekend. If that doesn't ring 'I am not working out at all this week' then I don't know what does.
Now that you know I am not going to be working out this week, I want to maintain my healthy eating habits. When I came across a recipe on Andrea's blog over at A Doctor In The House for protein bars I knew I needed to make them.
I am sorry for the super lame post today but I put about as much effort in as I will this week working out. Now I am going to go bounce on my fitness ball while I work like a mad woman working overtime.
